The group Belyscendre was born on the fringes of the group Naheulband: it is the result of the meeting of three people, all enamored with traditional French songs:
* Céline Devrainne aka Lys : backup singer
* Lady Fae aka Cendre : lead singer
* Tony aka Ancelin: accoustic guitar
The name of the band, is the result of the singers' nicknames: Les Belles Lys et Cendres (the beautiful Lys and Cendre) thus resulting in Belyscendre.
The trio is often joined by Knarf (aka Frank, who runs Knarfworld.net), master of percussions, but also guitar player and sometime singer.
