Biography
There are at least two artists with this name:
1) Big Wheel was started in the late 1980's by Peter Searcy and Glenn Taylor in Louisville, Kentucky. Searcy had been a member of the influential Louisville hardcore band Squirrel Bait. They released three albums, starting with East End in 1989, followed by Holiday Manor in 1992, and Slowtown in 1993. Slowtown was widely acclaimed by critics, but few people actually heard the album. Big Wheel disbanded sometime in 1993, after the release of Slowtown.

2) A British glam rock group.
3) A Dutch psychedelic band active from 1968 to 1972 and featuring amongst their members Peter Vink of Q65 and Cyril Havermans of Focus.
