The are at least two artists called Black Lake.
1) Black Lake was founded by Benny Benston & Craig Hunt, guitarists from Wolverhampton in the UK. They formed in late 2006, though the name came about in summer 2007. Black Lake are named after a stop on the Midland Metro tramline between Wolverhampton & Birmingham.
2) Black Lake (黑湖) is melodic death metal band from Beijing, China. Band's official Douban site: http://site.douban.com/blacklake/
