Biography
While Bob Hirshon has written and recorded music both serious and satirical– including two songs used within National Public Radio's Talk of the Nation "Science Friday"– he is mostly known for science radio reporting. His primary show is Science Update, the daily science feature of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), but he also produces a segment each month for the 365 Days of Astronomy podcast, appears live on the children's XM Sirius radio show Absolutely Mindy and produces science video casts.
