Biography
Brandi Burkhardt is a musical theatre actress and singer. Her biggest credits to date is originating the role of Lucie Mannette in the short-lived Broadway musical "A Tale of Two Cities," by Jill Santoriello; and playing the role of Emma Carew in the national tour of "Jekyll & HYDE - Resurrection."
A cast recording featuring Burkhardt, Kate Shindle and Rob Evan was released in 2006 for Jekyll & HYDE, which featured a new song especially for Burkhardt's character ("If You Only Knew"). There have been plans made and recordings conducted for a "Tale of Two Cities," recording featuring Burkhardt as well.
She also appears on the "Count of Monte Cristo" Frank Wildhorn musical concept album. Currently, she can be seen performing on Broadway with the long-running musical "Mamma Mia!," through Fall 2009.
Burkhardt has also been seen on television, with a featured part on the show "Passions," and was formerly engaged to composer Frank Wildhorn.
