Branko Copic is bosnian/serbian writer, born 1915. Most of his works refer to people and places in Bosnia between two world wars, IN world war II. and after it. He usually writes about grandparents, village life, war suffering and destruction, child's play, etc. Ježeva kućica (e. The hedgehog's house) was, and STILL is a very popular children's picture book in the countries of former Yugoslavia. Yes; many of us had the recorded tape AND the picture book : ) After a period of unavailability (due to political condition, fall of Yugoslavia, etc..) picture book is again available in bookstores as well as on compact disc. Great gift for the little ones.
