Biography

Brigitte Laverne is an indie-synth-pop project born under the Barcelona skies. With her first songs, in 2016, she entered the respected Red Bull Music Academy in Tokyo, where she was the only Spanish participant, and performed at Sónar Barcelona and Sónar Reykjavik, as well as Primavera Club (the winter edition of Primavera Sound). In 2019, Brigitte Laverne started singing in her native Spanish, on a new album recorded at the Red Bull Studios in São Paulo, which gave way to a more indie, danceable sound with a bigger presence of the guitar. Her music has been synchronised regularly on TV series and movies (up to four of her songs appear on the OST for the blockbuster ‘Élite’) and multimillion seller artist Bad Bunny included her as the opening track on the playlist with his influences that he made for Apple Music in December 2020.
