Biography
Bunch of Fives is a garage rock band from Las Vegas, NV founded by bass player Chris Bentley in 2004. Bunch of Fives started writing music for an upcoming debut album which was delayed until 2007 due to the loss of guitar player Rod Robinson. The first track, "Shakedown" contains the only contribution Robinson made to the album. Guitarist Rick Martin was recruited to replace Robinson and together with Chris Bentley (bass), Chris Caccavano (drums), and Elizabeth Bentley (vocals) continued recording tracks for their self-titled debut album and finished in the fall of 2006. The self-titled, self produced album (in reality a demo) was released in 2007 on the Orchard record label. The album failed to gain them the attention they were looking to achieve. Bunch of Fives played a limited number of dates in the Las Vegas area and in the fall of 2008 the band disolved.
