Biography
CHROMALiZE is an independent girl group comprimized of six memebrs (JiJi, MinJee, Winnie, YuYin, HyeWon & MinSeo) The group was formed by friends who initally met in a New York, USA based Red Velvet fan club. The groups name is derived from words: CHROMA and CARAMELIZE.
They draw significant influence from Red Velvet but adopt a more Americanized approach to their style.
In mid 2024, the group began making music with friends of friends, RNB and Trap being their main genres.
Their concept being bold but muted at the same time. Their music being in both English and Korean, they consider themselves a kpop group with hopes of being signed to a Korean label in the future.
Their first EP titled "Sugar at the Bottom" stands as a base for CHROMALiZE; The concept surrounding: Breakups, New Love and The City.
