Carl-Anton Axelsson, born May 13, 1933 in Stockholm and known by the stage name Carl Anton, is a Swedish song composer, lyricist, musician (vocals and guitar) and artist. He became famous in the early 1960son Hylands hörna and had 1965 to 1966 a great success with "Om maskros och tjärdoft" (Of dandelion and the smell of tar). In the years 1965-1995 he presented summer entertainment in Vitabergsparken, which during the 1980s and 1990s also was broadcast live on television.
