Biography
Cassete Pirata were born in 2016 by five friends united by jazz, with the desire to write and discover new songs in Portuguese, in a return to the references, landscapes and children that we all have in common.
With production by Luís Nunes (also known as Benjamim), the band brings together the creativity of the voice and guitar of João Firmino (Pir), the firm pulse of bassist António Quintino, the demolishing beat of João Pinheiro and the sensitivity of the voices and keyboards of Margarida Campelo and Joana Espadinha.
