Charlotte Rose Benjamin was born on April 24, 1996 in Boston, Massachusetts. She is the daughter of singer/songwriter/musician Mike Benjamin and dancer Sandra Stone. She grew up on Martha's Vineyard. Her influences include Jaymay, Katie Herzig, The Beatles, Kate Nash, Meiko, and Regina Spektor. She is an aspiring singer.
