Listening right now to their record 'One Soul Now' and I'm really digging their music. :) Any recommendations for a next listen?

I wish "The Water is Wide" or "Sad to see the Season Go" would show up once in a while. No one can put those those kinds of emotions into songs like Margo can. No one else even comes close.

First listen on "Sing In My Meadow". This might be the craziest thing they've ever made. Really interesting.

"DEMONS" is a fucking brilliant album, it's a fitting tribute to Vic for sure! Very chilling.

Just got back from Sziget, and although I was in the front row at Motörhead and Judas Priest to name a few (and those two were absolutely amazing), the artist that really stuck with me was Cowboy Junkies. Never heard of them before, I thought they were some new obscure band. But their songs really spoke to me, and right now I'm just browsing through their discography. So far I haven't found a song I don't like :)

As much as I love the group, with a CD name like demons, I think it's time I let them go. There are enough demons in this world and enough people following that kind of thing without realizing Jesus is not at all impressed with this inappropriateness.

Man, what's screwed up is that some of Margo's best laments aren't even mentioned here. Where's "The Water is Wide" or "Sad to See the Season Go"?!? Don't see any off her single, either. Don't know if the band just doesn't want to deal with the crap that goes along with producing videos or what, but it's kind of cruel to leave all us fans with just the old videos like "Common Disaster" and "Angel Mine" while KNOWING that they have it in them to make equally exellent videos now! Hey Junkies! Those songs were (and remain) great tunes. Now, will you PLEEeeeeez give us a new vid or two? or three? or twenty-seven? Just a thought from JustaJunkie
