haha! africans live as caveman right? I love this song. and how it speaks about views of americans, which still lasts up to today, and we can apply this to even the middle east. We see ourselves as top of the ladder. We see ourselves as saints and the world leaders who must teach the others how to live. The many christianizing missions that you saw back in the days, though, there are still quite a few of those and the degrading of much of islamic north africa and the middle east. As a imperial nation, our boys are the best. It's rather sad, because I've spoken to so many people from different places.

is it really racist? It's questioning our preception of civilisation, badly cliched yes but not meant to be offensive just saying that the simple pre-industrial life seems more civilised than the 'modern world' - albeit through a rose tinted view of the developing world - any one for fishing in the Democratic Republic of Congo? no I thought not :)

Sometimes you just have to accept that what was acceptable changes over time. Catchy. The Sisters were good.
