Deloraine is a six-member group from Brno, which was formed in 2016. In its songs, it deals with themes from both fantasy literature and ancient pagan times. Deloraine has two self-titled albums, Vlaštovka and Srdce z kamene (both announced as album of the week on the largest Czech music portal musicserver.cz), and they like to add one or two covers at concerts. Singer and flutist Maria Vesna Mikhailova
Live, Deloraine's music is very energetic, danceable and emotional. In it you will hear the urgent voice and mysterious colors of the many flutes of the Siberian wild woman Masha, the rich baritone of the singer Spars, the artillery of Derias' stringed instruments (bouzouki, guitar, quinterna, saz, oud), the wild violin of David, who also manages to play the drums, the rumbling of the bassist Kubas and strong choir singing. Deloraine has already performed with the icons of contemporary folk, the German Faun, the Polish Percival and the Czech ones, for example with the Spirituál Kvintet or with Tomáš Koček. Deloraine repeatedly appear at big festivals such as Celtic Night, Lughnasad in Nasavrky or Blavicon. In the fall of 2019, the group played their first European tour (Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Belgium, Poland and Hungary).
Deloraine currently play at a wide range of events, from city celebrations and open air festivals, through well-attended club events to metal concerts. Even there, they stand out with their acoustic but sharp music. They impress on a short festival set and are just as happy to play a full-length concert, because they are tireless on stage and music is their mission.
