Biography
Drop In Clinic, are three tight friends from St. Albans Hertfordshire who came together through previous bands and a love for music. A punk band, with varied influences feature pop hooks and catchy vocals, combined with a heavier rock drum beats and frequent instrument swapping to explosive effect.
The boys from Drop In Clinic met in the summer of '05. Josh and George, originally members of another group-shade already played together, when Aj a friend of the band started playing session drums whilst their current drummer was unable to rehearse. All three of them clicked and soon started jamming together. During the summer of '06 the band started writing seriously and were in the studio by September recording the first two tracks for their EP, Chubby Bunnies. With two tunes in the bag, and a varied set list including two unusual covers, the banded started playing gigs, juggling their school lives, weekend jobs and other commitments. The band played local gigs in bars, pubs and parks until the summer of '07. After the summer the band went their separate ways due to members leaving to go to university and other band commitments.
