In 1962, A trio of the very best jazz players led by Duke Ellington came into being. It was of course Ellington at Piano, the formidable Charles Mingus on Double Bass and driving drumming of Max Roach. Together this tension filled group reworked some Ellington classics such as Caravan and Warm Valley and introduced many originals including the title track itself, Money Jungle.
