Biography
Ellipsis. is an instrumental rock band based in Bandung, Indonesia which incorporates Math-Rock, Progressive Rock, and Post-Rock starting the project in 2012 which members included Aulia Ramadhan (Guitars), Elmar Shidqi Sulaiman (Guitars), Aulia Lazuardi (Bass), and Feisarino Aditama (Drums).
With big influence by The Mars Volta, Tool, LITE, and Toe they are not only pegged their musical style on Post-Rock and Math-Rock altough it really inspires them. They combine all the genres to the rythyms, melodies, and tempo as their experimental events.
They add the rythymically complex guitar-based as the facilitators of timbres and textures wrapped in atypical rythymic structures of beats and more likely to explore time signatures and counterpoints to their tunes.
