Biography

Francisco Valdieso, commonly known as Fabrikante, or as 'La Banda Mocha' (is the stage name of the creator of "La Licuadora" magazine. He is an illustator, literature teacher and rapper. He is known for his combinations of sounds using an instrument (onstage and offstage) to which he refers to as "loopstation". This instrument allows him to record sounds, normally his beatboxing or just sounds that he finds interesting, and then records his voice over them.
He has released an EP under the name of "Fabrikante no existe" known in the music scene of his city, Guayaquil, for his two hit songs: 'Chanteoma' and 'Calandracas.

In 2013, he released his first studio album, Memoria y Profecía de Doña Petita Pontón. (2005)
