Floating Flower was a Japanese trio formed by the guitarist Kawabata Makoto as a side project of the Acid Mothers Temple variants (Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O., Acid Mothers Temple & The Cosmic Inferno, Acid Mothers Temple SWR, Acid Mothers Temple & Space Paranoid). The largely acoustic music mixed Indian ragas and traditional Nepalese ethno-folk .
