Francesco Santacroce Patavino (c.1478 - c.1556) was an Italian composer born in Santa Croce, Padua.
Francesco Patavino was the author of sacred music, one of the first to introduce in his compositions the principle of broken choruses. In his psalms and motifs, Patavino uses a mostly homophonic weave, instead of the most common and traditional imitation counterpoint. He also wrote seven secular frottole.
