Biography
What is Genki?
This popular series of elementary Japanese-language study materials enables students to acquire well-balanced language skills by offering understandable explanations and a wide variety of stimulating activities.
CD 1 & 2
The 6-CD sets contain audio materials from the following parts of the Dialogue and Grammar section.
Dialogue: Each dialogue is first spoken without pauses, and then is spoken a second time with pauses after each line.
Vocabulary: Japanese vocabulary and their English equivalents
Practice: Exercises marked as audio material and the answers to them
Listening comprehension practice in the workbooks
Students can practice their pronunciation by repeating at the pauses after each line or word in the Dialogue or the Vocabulary. There are also pauses between the questions and the answers in each practice exercise. Students are recommended to listen to each question, speak their own answer at the pause, and check it by listening to the right answer given after the pause.
