Biography
Gigi Leung Wing Kei (Liang Yongqi in Pinyin) is a popular singer from Hong Kong, singing both in Cantonese and Mandarin. Having made her name initially in feature films in Hong Kong in the mid-90s, she subsequently released her first album in Hong Kong entitled Love Myself in 1996. Since then she has released over 20 albums in Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as penning songs for fellow artists such as Sammi Cheng and Hacken Lee. Her music style is a mix of ballads (particularly in her Mandarin albums) and some dance tracks.
