IMHO this would be wrong. cause when a band releases an album under this name, its a "historical" fact. (a similiar problem got the band code orange [kids]...) anyways, "We're Down Til We're Underground" from CD ,pretty sure, the band's name was GUTG ^^ corrct me, if i am wrong.

All the albums they released as "Give Up the Ghost" are now in the catalog of "American Nightmare" though - which is the name they used when they formed the band. They had to change it due to legal threats by another band. Since they reunited, they go by American Nightmare again. "Code Orange Kids" and "Code Orange" are treated as seperate artists, cause they didn't re-release anything they've done prior to "I Am King".

true. thx for giving this aspect. all these things are quite nerdy/philosophical, i guess...i prefer my scrobbles like i would hear/read from my own records or from original cover... it starts with band naming, then goes on to streaming tracks with "remastered 2099"-shit and so on ^^
