Biography
Greg Tribbett (born November 7, 1968) is the guitarist and backing vocalist for American band Mudvayne, and supergroup Hellyeah. He has been with Mudvayne since their inception in 1996. He has 3 brothers who are also in the music business; Tripp Tribbett, who is currently playing bass in Dope, one brother is a drum tech for Slipknot and the other, Dustin (Diggz) Tribbett, once the bass player for (Element),is an independent musician and writer. He often can be seen playing Gibson V's, Gibson Les Pauls, Ibanez S-series, Ibanez Artists ARX300, and Washburn V's, which he currently endorses. Washburn now makes a signature guitar for Tribbett. Tribbett is also involved in the supergroup Hellyeah which features Chad Gray from Mudvayne along with former Pantera and Damageplan drummer Vinnie Paul as well as Nothingface guitarist Tom Maxwell and bassist Bob Zilla ex-Damageplan. He also went to Pekin Community High School and was known as a quiet and easy going, upbeat individual. Tribbett likes his privacy so not much is known about his personal life
