Originating in 2006 and becoming viral from their YouTube uploaded music video of the single 'I'm a Gummy Bear (The Gummy Bear Song)', Gummibär has been making eurodance pop songs about gummy bear snacks since. The virtual band traces back to Berlin, Germany but often makes multilingual versions of their songs. Gummibär himself is a green gummy bear mascot that tends to be on every album cover and music videos, often presenting as the singer. There is also a web series featuring Gummibär and his friends.
