Håkan Martinsson (born July 24, 1945) is a Swedish church musician and organist as well as a composer.

Martinsson was born July 24, 1945 in Oskarshamn parish. He studied 1963–1968 at the Royal School of Music in Stockholm (KMH) and graduated with a solo diploma in organ. Martinsson worked 1968–1971 as organist in Norberg parish and 1971–1982 as organist in Österhaninge parish. From August 1982 he worked as organist in Storkyrkoförsamlingen, Stockholm.

He has recorded several albums, also with his musical works:
Tillitens mässa (text: Caroline Krook), for organ and mixed choir (SATB). First performed during the Stockholm Water Festival in 1996
