Using the programs Aviary and Audacity to convey her message, HAYU debuted in July of 2010 with the single "i only wish u." The single was received mildly by HAYU's peers, and a few weeks later it was made available for purchase on Amazon Mp3. No sales have been made thus far.
On January 8, 2011, the single "daffodils" was released. It is now available on Amazon Mp3.
A mini-album is being planned, and is expected to be released in the spring.
