Biography
Heike Langhans is a singer/songwriter mostly known for having been the vocalist for swedish doom metal band Draconian, also associated with the dark electronic project :LOR3L3I:. Her vocals are known to be sorrowful and her music peculiar and melancholic in nature. Currently she is the vocalist and plays synthesizers for gothic doom metal project Light Field Reverie and atmospheric doom metal project Remina, both alongside Sojourner founding member Mike Lamb. She also has a side project called ISON.
Though of German descent, she was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She resided in Sweden, where she joined Draconian as a replacement to former singer, Lisa Johansson. Heike is also known in the metal scene in her home country - formerly fronting symphonic metal band Inferium and doing feature work in black metal band Warthane, under the artistic name Heike Van Dominic. After leaving Draconian, she relocated to Dunedin, New Zealand.
