Biography
Hans-Bernd Blum (* May 23, 1928, in Hannover; † March 15, 2024, in Overath) was a German composer, lyricist, music producer, and singer. He wrote Schlager hits like Beiß nicht gleich in jeden Apfel and Das schöne Mädchen von Seite 1 and sang the 1977 hit Im Wagen vor mir under the pseudonym Henry Valentino. Many of his Schlager songs became evergreens. Hans Blum lived in Overath near Cologne.
