Biography
At the age of 13 Holly Ann wrote her first song, and hasn't stopped writing since. Now at 19, she continues to write honestly of her experiences with Love, Loss, faith, and all human tendencies matched perfectly with haunting piano Melodies. Her lyrics are not your run of the mill pop lyrics, but true vulnerable poetry that connects with every soul, no matter the age.
Holly Ann embraces influence from all types of music ranging from experimental hardcore, to classical. She takes pride in fitting in between the lines, creating a sound infused with just enough jazz, blues, pop, folk, and soft rock to be evident in her unique sound, but not quite enough to be pinned down to any of these genres. Coming Early June 2010 will be her freshman Album produced by Copeland's own Aaron Marsh entitled "Ravens." an album centering around the theme of finding hope in the monotonous challenges of life.
