Howard Victor Carpendale (* January 14, 1946, in Durban, South Africa) is a German-South African Schlager singer and composer. He had his greatest single hits in German-speaking countries during the 1970s and 1980s, including Ti amo (1977) and Hello Again (1984). Over the course of his career, more than 25 million of his records were sold.
