There are at least two artists with the name IOSYS:
1) IOSYS ( also known as イオシス ioshisu) releases doujin music discs for the Touhou games made by ZUN (Team Shanghai Alice), as well as other games such as the Etrian Odyssey series. They make remixes of the game’s music. Flash animations, made for IOSYS promotion, are made for few select songs from the CDs. For lyrics, partial translation and more info see the Album list. 2) iosys (real name Perry Butler) is an independent electronic artist who started composing original works of music in 1999 during his free time. His song style mostly consists of “classical elements with an ambient or dark vibe and unique, technical instrumentation”. He has also remixed video game soundtracks for Metroid and Chrono Trigger, and has collaborated with artist “enacid” to form the band “entropy unspoken”.
