İbrahim Erkal (Narman, Erzurum, Turkey, 10 October 1966 – 11 May 2017) was a Turkish singer, songwriter, composer and actor.
İbrahim Erkal a singer from Turkey, of Kurdish origin, recorded his first Album "Tutku" in 1993 and he has recorded 14 albums. Ibrahim has also starred in two TV series in the mid 1990's, one was called "Sırılsıklam" the other, also a movie of the same title, was called "Canısı". The music has a typical Turkish popular music sound.
Ibrahim Erkal also wrote an autobiography "I did not love this fame" original title "Ben Bu Şöhreti Sevmedim".
Erkal died 11 May 2017 in Istanbul, Turkey,
