Biography
Tokyo-based tribal electronic unit "IN THE SUN" from Chichibu, Japan, was formed around 2011 as a drum + synth + guitar band and they have built their career by supporting the talented Baltimore duo Matmos who are known for their remixes of Bjork's on their Japan tour, organizing the party called "RAW TEMPO" at Bushbash and other activities. The solemnly layer of ethereal synthesizers and sobbing saxophones reminiscent of misty sacred peaks, and the rhythm strikes as if it were shattering a rock. Their sound is both cutting-edge and resonating with the DECONSTRUCTED CLUB trend that has established a solid position in Europe and Asia, and the GORGE movement that is rekindling in the 20's.
