INARCADIA - founded in early 2007 by five hardcore passionate friends, who would like to act out their greatest passion in their lives - music - loud and heavy. Since this moment they're working ambitiously on new songs in order to express their emotions and beliefs.
Et in Arcadia ego - a phrase, which is taken from a Greek legend where it was used as a grave inscription to remind people that although everything seems to be great, things like sorrow and death also exist. The band was pretty impressed by the legend's philosophy and so they decided to name themselves after it…
Delivering an explosive mixture of fast, melodic and modern metal combined with crushing hardcore rhythms, Inarcadia delights with a passionate and dynamic stage performance. This raw energy aligned with powerful and intense hardcore music is a big character of the band.
