There are at least two artists/bands with this name:
1) An extreme metal band from Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
2) A death/thrash metal band from Friedrichsdorf, Germany.
1) Insulter was an extreme metal band from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, formed in 1986. They released three demos and a rehearsal tape before stopping their activities in 1989. Around August 1987, many of the band members would unite to form a separate band called Sextrash. In 2015, the american label Nuclear War Now! released a compilation album named Blood Spits, Violences and Insults, which compiled all the band's available recordings.
2) Insulter is a death/trash metal band from Friedrichsdorf, Hessen, Germany, formed in 2005. They released two albums, Crypts of Satan in April 2016 and The Misanthrope in February 2018.
