Biography
Jane Moss was born in Bolton, England, 1967. Started writing and playing the guitar at 11 years old. Did her first gig as a rhythm guitarist and singer in a band called "The Void" when she was 14 years old. Jane then went onto join a Blues/Rock band where she discovered she could sing in a rock style and she fell in love with bands such as BAD COMPANY, MEAT LOAF,VAN HALEN etc
Jane was influenced also by Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Judie Tzuke, Kate Bush.
Jane's ability to produce beautiful folk songs has continued through the years even when she left the Rock bands behind.
"Jane's Journey…Once Upon A String ",is Jane's first album which she recorded at her home in Bolton in 2008. Song For Jack and You're My Son were recorded at The Quays Studios in Manchester by Riko.
