Biography
Formed in 1984 playing a mixture of synthpop tunes and experimental sounds, Japanese Whispers are: Dean: Vocals (Keyboards,Guitars, Electric Percussion), TJ (Keyboards), Lorraine (Vocals), Steve (Keyboards). Japanese Whispers had a single release in 85 and a following album "Dean" then joined The Tower. Influences include Japan, Toyah, Depeche Mode, Thomas Dolby, Fad Gadget, OMD, Ultravox, The Cure, and Kate Bush. Now heavily involved with a band called Weathered Wall, these tracks a part of a back catalogue in the process of being re-released.
