Biography
Jimmy Salvemini was born on Long Island, New York in the early 70s, and was performing by the age 8. In 1985, Salvemini became the Junior Male Vocalist champion on the syndicated talent series Starsearch. The appearance led to his debut album, Roll It, in 1986, produced by his then-mentor Luther Vandross.
