Biography
A lone, traveling minstrel who will fill your ears with his delicate melodies and soulful ballads once every Saturday night at 6PM. Little is known about where he goes or what he does, although it has been said he has the secret identity of Phineas, a sea lion who hands out toys in the city on random occasions.
