Biography
Karana is a boy-girl duo that mixes sultry female vocals with inventive arrangements and catchy electronic beats. Long-time friends and former band mates in Brooklyn-based "Enemies," the duo teamed up again after 5 years to informally record some tracks together. The result, an infectious electronic cover of the classic Foreigner tune “Double Vision," left them wanting more, and thus inspired further collaboration, co-writing of original songs and, ultimately, the decision to form Karana.
