The demo was recorded by Unwound bassist, Vern Rumsey, at the State Theater in Olympia, Washington. (Note: This demo is not to be confused with their third studio album titled “Self Titled LP”.) Karp (also called "Kill All Redneck Pricks") was an American post-hardcore and sludge metal band from Tumwater, Washington, that formed in 1990 and lasted until 1998. The band was formed by Chris Smith a.k.a. Chris “Slayer” (Guitarist & Vocalist), Jared Warren (Bassist & Vocalist) and Scott Jernigan (Drummer).
