Kill Bill: The Rapper, or simply Kill Bill, real name Dennis Bill Nettles, is an internet culture junkie and nostalgic rap musician who falls in love with fictional women. Born and raised in Walterboro, South Carolina, Bill creates indie rap and hip-hop music in his home state.
He is also one of the earliest members of EXOCIETY, which consists of Datacat, Rav, Rekcahdam, and Scuare.
