Biography
New-Age Popsters KING SHAOLIN announce the release of their highly anticipated new album Road To The Machiavelli Valley out December 15 on Beatban.com. Recorded in Bratislava, Slovakia and mixed in Los Angeles with renowned producer Nathan Lively (Zé dos Frangos, Bruno Benetton etc.), the album features 12 original tracks written by Dominik Stofko. King Shaolin offer a fresh take on the term soul-pop. Punchy and clear with well timed breaks and beats, King Shaolin's sound is a crisp, clean, soul-pop potpourri telling tales of life, love, and rowdy pleasure. Lead singer Dominik pounds out each word he sings with a passionate urgency, the lively lyrics spilling from his soul with hard won experience and burning with truth. The result is a refreshingly catchy and precise pop record. KING SHAOLIN formed in 2011 after the decay of the band WE WANT JAM. Dominik and Norbert found drummer Michal and a new brother on guitar, Moostie. Together they developed their new groove of a soul-rock sound and are stepping out as a power pop phenom ready to rock your soul to the ground.
