Biography
1. A legendary Swiss mathcore band from Geneva, Switzerland formed in 1994. Bleak, overwhelming, tortured and torturous in equal measure, Knut is the death bellow of bull elephants, the jazz of the crazies, free-form improv performed by death-prog metalheads fueled by bad chemistry and mad science.

KNUT loves combine organic acoustic instruments with electronic textures. He began diving deep into this genre in the late 90’s. He has also used a lot of electronic elements on his solo albums and on albums that he has produced for other artists. In 2020 he released his first albums with classical/flamenco guitar. He explore the genres from jazz, latin to classical meditative music.His first albums are released under his full name, Knut Bjørnar Asphol.
