Virginia Beach, VA native Kris Stasse is a genre-bending songwriter and hip-hop artist who blends powerful and complex lyricism with a variety of interesting production and delivery styles. Kris’ tracks evolve as they go, unafraid to switch up the mood abruptly and change up with what he is feeling and trying to accomplish with the track. Reminiscent of artists like Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, and Childish Gambino, Kris uses his lyricism to craft unique ways of storytelling through exciting metaphors and powerful turns of phrase to call attention to what he has to say. In 2021, Kris saw more growth than ever before which was powered by his sensational “SEE YOU SOON” EP, which introduced listeners to Kris’ unique combination of wit, humor, and drama along with his incredibly artistic visuals. Kris' track "Cocoon" was recently featured in episode 414 of the CW series All-American, which combined with his stunning promotion through his own cinematic visuals has put his music in front of a powerful and growing audience.
