In 1990 on a stage of a recreation center "Kozickogo"(Russia) within the limits of fate-festival "Pereferiya-90" where monsters of that time acted, "Aprelski marsh" (Ekaterinburg), "Putti" (Novosibirsk), "Devyaty" (Barnaul), "Volosy" (Tomsk) and still groups of Krasnoyarsk, Yakutia and the Tyumen area, - has appeared new group which have presented as favourites of kindergartens and day nursery - " Krovavyi utrennik ". After the third song, " the Country of fools ", newly made musicians have been safely driven from a stage, ostensibly for awful execution and not normative lexicon, komsomols (organizers of festival).
Young communists also did not suspect, that it have brought into the world scandalous, - already cult and legendary Omsk the punk-group submitting the creativity already some generations of youth and forcing ears " aesthetes from culture ".
