Biography

Laminator were around roughly from 1998 till 2004 and were based around Hereford Art College. They were known for their frequent line-up changes, infighting and unpredictable live performances.

They were initially inspired by local punk bands Red Shift and Arfer Barr whose drummer Little Matt would become one of the more permanent members of Laminator. Many gigs were played around Hereford though the band was at some points banned from all local venues and could only play at partys. They did occasionally make it out of Herefordshire and played gigs in Brecon Vaults (thanks to their friends If Robin Dies), The Royal George in Birmingham, Gloucester (thanks to Blacklisted UK)and some festival in Wales (no-one seems to remember where it was but it was again thanks to If Robin Dies).

Clive Anderson recorded an introduction for their single deceitful Pie (this was thanks to Paul Arscott) and Kerrang! Magazine described them as "downright unlistenable".
