Biography
Lind, Nilsen, Fuentes, Holm is a live touring band consisting of four young, but well-known, individual Norwegian artists:
* Espen Lind
* Kurt Erik Nilsen
* Alejandro Javiero Fuentes
* Askil Holm
In 2006, these four artists – who are all under the same management – joined forces and went on tour. They became particularly known for their version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah", which they first played on a Norwegian television talk show early in 2006. They have since released an album entitled "Hallelujah - Live Vol1!" , "Hallelujah - Live Vol 2"
Lind, Nilsen, Fuentes, Holm has sometimes been incorrectly labeled and billed as "De Nye Gitarkameratene (The New Guitar Buddies)" in the Norwegian press and by fans. Recently, the Norwegian press (and the Prime Minister) have been the focus of sharp criticism for incorrectly using the trademarked name of one of Norway's true super groups, Gitarkameratene (The Guitar Buddies) when, in actuality, they are referring to Lind, Nilsen, Fuentes, Holm.
The real Gitarkameratene are major individual artists from Norway's folk/pop scene in the 1970s and 80s who are still active as individuals and as a group: Jan Eggum, Øystein Sunde, Halvdan Sivertsen and Lillebjørn Nilsen.
